What does CRM do?

For some organisations the only reason they use CRM is to manage ordered lists of contacts.  This is a start, and its a good start!

It is still incredibly valuable just doing that, as it provides a single top-down accurate version of the truth that all a companies employees will enjoy.  But, these contacts can be 'grouped' by their relationship and status to your business, as can the companies these contacts work for.  Then, as you capture new leads, they are nurtured along and managed with the support of the CRM software through to opportunities and from there to Orders.  Then its over to your delivery teams and then your finance teams to secure payment on succesful completion of the orders.  That in a nutshell is what any CRM solution must be able to do.  Our CRM application is extended with direct integration to Documents and even includes useful functions to chase your contacts for information that you are requesting from them; like submitting their receipts to you if you are doing their annual tax-return!

All applications, of which there are currently 79 in the suite, look and behave identically to the CRM application (which is 11 of the 79), so you and your team only ever learn how to navigate and use the applications once. It's so easy we don't even ship a manual!

The CRM may be used out of the box just like it is. The more adventurous and energetic users use the tools in the solution to define workflows, processes and activities across Leads, Opportunities, Roles, Proposals, Quotes, Work Orders, Invoicing, Contacts, Companys and even jobs that need to be done when doing due diligence on potential suppliers.  The solution is also extensible by adding your own 'fields' and 'tabs' to collect and store proprietary information that your business needs to perform.

Some of the even cooler features are completely hidden away.  A great example is the bonding and unification of the applications in CRM with all the other applications in the broader applications framework.  As your business grows you may add projects, assets, resources, HR, collaboration and many other key applications. As you do the CRM is instantly integrated with them. You define NOTHING, you do NOTHING.  You just add the apps you need as Trivaeo has already done it for you.  You can even define your own words and terms for your users to leverage across the system and you can easily import all the products you sell or define the services your company supplies on an hourly/daily or weekly rates.  You can define your own billing processes, your own forecasting processes.  But, the key message is you DO NOT NEED TO.  You subscribe, you login and GO.  You can take this where YOU want to; very little is mandatory.

CRM Roles and Users

With super easy to use tick boxes you define what users can see and do - and you define their permissions and roles

CRM Admin

Each company can have as many Application Administrators as you need. One person, usually the first to sign up is the Super-Admin. The Super Admin does the gross setup of the Company wide settings.  Application Admins have the right to change the behaviour or setup of individual applications, like CRM, Projects etc according to the rights your Super Admin allocates.

CRM Users

Most users in a company are CRM users. They can't break anything, but they can use the application easily and do exactly what they need, no more, no less. They can admin their own bits and pieces, but not the structure or setup as defined by the Super Admin. You can have as many user groups and permission sets as you like. You can even do it on a user-by-user basis if you want to.

Self Service

This is super cool! Imagine you are a building firm. You want your customers to log in to approve drawings, or submit planning approvals.  Easy!  Allocate them a self-service user login and they can access your CRM as a guest or limited self-service user and can work with you on the project, the documents, drawings and take part in Team Rooms (if you have purchased that add on!).
