Trivaeo Human Resources Management is not a static database or simple list management system.  It is a dynamic and live eHR suite that leverages tasks, workflows and processes in real-time. These are common throughout the suite, but remember, employees don't have to go and find these; they are notified or alerted that something needs their attention and they are taken straight to it in each case.

Timesheets allow your company to track time spent on projects or even on jobs if you use the Resource Manager application Suite.  It can also be used standalone as a default timesheet solution so your employees can clock in and out each day.  The data provided can readily be used to manage your payroll.  This also allows your project managers to manage their project budgets easily as they can see their burn rates against tasks on a project or a project as a whole.

Use Sections in 360 Degree Reviews so they can be done piece by piece
Employees may complete their assigned 360 degree reviews at their own pace. Breaking the review into logical stages helps them to be answered more fully and focuses the attention of the reviewee on the current area of focus. Long pages of questions could be daunting! They can finish it when they are ready, or partially complete it and come back later to finish it as they want to.

Once an employee has finished reviewing a peer then the results are added to the reviewed employees employment record and are easily reviewed by line management during meetings or the setting of subsequent objectives. Objectives are set and then chased with workflows to completion
Once an objective has been set for an employee they need to show evidence and periodic reviews of their performance against the objective. Notes can be added against them as a means of following progress. They are first submitted, then become processed, approved, locked, then pending submission for rereview, back into a review, then marked as achieved or closed.
