Product Updates

Trivaeo Cloud Services releases a new and updated version of the business applications suite every 14 days. We use an Agile development process with bi-weekly sprints.  Each update is typically made up of a range of technical fixes, new functionality, new features and new patches to existing application capabilities. Updates are typically conducted 'out-of-hours' and do not affect any currently logged in users or companies.  The Trivaeo technology roadmap is driven directly by the needs of our customers and leverages the feature request functionality inherent in the business applications suite.  We also leverage direct and indirect customer feedback via our customer support teams, our global partner ecosystem and from Social Media. All of these act to inform our roadmap in real-time.  We moved from internal customer/client updates notifications to presenting them in this format on our website in January 2018.
