Introduction to Registration and Sign Up

Registering for a Trivaeo Solution or Application Package is very easy.  You will see the sign up for any available solution or application package published typically on a Trivaeo Business Partners website.  Trivaeo does occasionally make trials or other sign ups available from our site here at https://www.trivaeo.com. From there it is a simple process driven system that largely automates the deployment of the solution for your business.  The sign up link is directly associated with the package or solution of interest to you and your company.  By following the basic steps outlined below you can have your company up and running with its new Business Operations Platform quite literally in minutes. 

Each Business Partner across the Trivaeo ecosystem is able to bundle, package, price and present their applications and solutions to the market as they see fit.  The application may be a single application, like CRM, or it could be a super-bundle which includes all prevailing applications and entitlements across the entire portfolio.  It could be a hybrid; for example a mix of CRM with Documents, Project Management and Human Resources Management.

For clarity, all documentation here at the Trivaeo User Guides area assumes a user is signing up as the administrator of a CloudWorksIT 'Gold' solution.  Let's just call it that for now!  Gold is a representation of a fully enabled package with entitlement to access all applications available across all genres of the entire business applications suite.  That said, the sign up process for single applications is identical.  It is not until you get to the configuration parts of getting started that you'll notice any change in the process or tasks you have to consider moving forwards.

Sign Up Options

You can sign up completely on your own as a self-service user by following the links to a sign up package from any trivaeo ecosystem website.  These links are usually clearly described; and may look something like this as a button;

Clicking on the button will take you to the relevant sign up page for this package.
It is also often the case that Trivaeo or our Business Partner conducts the sign up process with you and on your behalf.  In these cases you will be guided through the process and be provided instructions by us as what to do next.
In any case, the sign up process begins by a URL link that instructs the Trivaeo technology what package you want to sign up for. The underlying sign up link will look something like;

Sign Up - Assumptions

As the person signing up for a Trivaeo package you are doing so for and on behalf of your company.  It doesn't matter if this company is just 'yourself' or a larger company.  Therefore, it is typical that the person conducting the sign up process is authorised to act on behalf of the organisation that they are claiming and representing.

As the first 'individual' signing up for a Trivaeo solution you are claiming the naming convention of that company as your solution; so please be accurate and use the naming convention you'd like your own customers and clients to see. The  name you give your company will be how it is identified internally and externally. It is the 'persona' of your technical instance. You as the party signing up in the first case are its main 'administrator'. As the person signing up you are claiming the main 'administrative' account for and on behalf of your company.  You will have full rights and entitlements on the solution as its main administrator.

Once signed up and logged in you'll be able to change your role and permissions as you like.  But, at the beginning of the process your are the main administrator. Use a valid email address when signing up.  The sign up process relies on several confirmations from you and will not start or complete unless you are able to retrieve and react to email we send to the address you provide on registration. Please make sure that your email account INBOX is not full and that you are able to login and collect/retrieve your email. 

Despite our best efforts in this light we cannot guarantee that emails you receive from our platform will not end up in your JUNK or SPAM folder; especially those associated with sign up and confirmations.  Be sure to check these folders for email from us if you cannot find it in your INBOX.

If you have signed up and never received the validation email and links to your company business operations platform address/URL then please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. citing your company name (the one you gave us on registration) and your registered first name and surname and a contact number.  We will contact you and can then manually process your activation for you.  Please ensure that the email address you raise the ticket from is the same email address you used when you registered.  Using a different email address will not match the data in our system and your help desk ticket may not be accepted.  We screen this way to prevent large amounts of unolicicited Spam messages from being targeted at our help desk system as the email address for it is publicly exposed.

Sign Up - Process

Sign Up - Step by Step

Follow a valid link from any Trivaeo or Trivaeo Business Partner Web Site to a Trivaeo or CloudWorksIT application or solution package.  This will bring you to this main sign up window;

The long column on the left of any package sign up page confirms the details of what is included in the package you are signing up for. It is up to the Business Partner to decide whether or not they wish to show pricing on a sign up page. 

Company Name - this is the full formal name of your Company as you would wish for it to be seen both internally and externally.  Several parts of the solution suite rely on this name to business 'personalise' your stationary, letter-headings, reports and much more.

First Name - This is your First Name (given name)

Last Name - This is your Surname (family name)

Email - please use a complete and accurate Email address.  Using one you have no access to will result in the system being unable to create your company business applications portal.  YOU WILL BE AMAZED how many folks try and cheat by using invalid addresses.  We will NOT SPAM you; don't worry; see our No SPAM guarantee on our Newsletter Sign Up page for info.

Contact Number - your preferred telephone number in case we need to reach you. We also use this to confirm account ownership if you have to call our support team; so again, use accurate and relevant information.  We will never call you in an unsolicited fashion! Please use full international format, eg, +44 (0)7944 229xxx

Country - your main operating Country for the Company you are registering on behalf of. This sets out many underlying features including preferred currency types; date and time layouts. It also establishes the available States/Counties and more

State/County - This is used to determine your regional location and helps us to route your support interactions more effectively to the regional business partners if required

Reseller Code - Use this only if you have been provided with it. Otherwise ignore it and don't complete the field.  It is used by affialiate partners who sell or package Trivaeo technology on behalf of a parent business partner.

Captcha - Please complete the Captcha (capture) to confirm to our solution that you are indeed a real human and not a robot, bot, spider or other malicious agent

Once you have completed all fields accurately and completely you may proceed to press the CONTINUE button at the bottom.

Proceed to check your Email INBOX. Within 5 minutes, although typically a lot quicker, you will receive an email from the solution asking you to CLICK TO LOG IN NOW and to set up your own password.  Your Log In Name is the Email address you provided in the registration form. The email will look something like this;

 Please NOTE that the branding may be different, especially if you signed up from a Trivaeo Business Partner Website or Link.  The Email shown to the left is the ONLY default Email you will receive from Trivaeo via either the TrivaeoCloud or CloudWorksIT platforms.
 
All other Email you receive from the solution will either be one initiated by your own workflows and processes or through a system we call the 'Series of Email Events' which allow our Business Partners to send you a controlled series of Emails that train, inform and educate you on how to make the most effective use of the package that you have just signed up for.

Set your own Password and Security Question (Challenge/Response)

By asking you to set your own NEW PASSWORD we are never transmitting passwords in any form over Email. Please note; never provide your password to any 3rd party, Trivaeo included!  You will never be asked for it by us or any of our Business Partners.

New Password - Type your new preferred password.  Refer to the password complexity rules in your registration confirmation Email if necessary.

Confirm New Password - Type the same password in again to ensure you got it correct the first time around

Security Question - Pick any one of the randomly generated template questions

Answer - Type your answer.  Remember to type it without errors, misspellings and remember the context of your Capitalisation.  If you ever forget your own password the only way to reset it is by completing your own challenge question correctly! It must be entered identically to how you enter it here!

Sign Up - Getting Started

On the assumption that you correctly entered your preferred password and your challenge/response question you will be logged in to your Company instance for the first time.  Congratulations!

Depending on the configuration of the package you have signed up for you may see a series of popups asking you to confirm that you have read our Standard Terms & Conditions and that you agree to them before using the solution.  You may see the solution referred to as 'Crossroads' which is indeed; the product name of the Trivaeo Business Applications Suite.

Read the Terms & Conditions and click on the Blue Accept Button at the bottom to continue.  Only on clicking on this button does our solution proceed to actually creating your company instance and through its innovative templating system lay out all the applications and functionality you have just signed up for.

Our Privacy Policy documentation is also critical to you.  This is available on our website at all times and in the footer area of the technical solution. Please read this as soon as you get a reasonable opportunity.

You will now be faced with one final popup; typically!  This is an invitation to connect with Trivaeo Cloud Services on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Google+.  As an organisation we are heavily community focused and guarantee you a follow-back.  We use social and digital engagement as our primary engagement instrument with our marketplace of users and would love to have you join that community with us.  You may do so now, or elect to do so later on.  If you really don't care then you can also hide this invitation so it never appears again.  But, a quiet warning; Trivaeo does not routinely Email our clients and customers.  You need to focus on your business; not be bombarded with Emails from us.  So, we rely heavily on our news finding you through social-media. Failing to follow us on one of our channels means you run the risk of missing key updates, news or product roadmap ideas that you really could be taking part in.  The choice is yours.  We won't hound you via Email as others in this industry are known to do.  We prefer you enjoy quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the solution.

After confirming you are happy with our Terms & Conditions your platform build commences.  You will receive an email indicating it is complete a few seconds or minutes later.  The system is ready for you to begin configuring it from the moment you receive an Email that looks like this one;

Your may now login if you logged out after accepting the terms & conditions.  You can also wait to receive this confirmation Email by staying logged in. By all means wait for a couple of minutes and check that the installation of your company instance is complete then carry on!
